Aim for variety in your food for better nourishment and microbiome/gut health.
If we keep eating only the same fifteen things, no matter how healthy they are, we will develop deficiencies and have health issues.
The more types of foods you eat, the more chance you will be getting what you need, nutritionally.
This is another mistake that many raw foodists make: they keep buying the same fruits and vegetables that they like and after a while they often develop a deficiency and wonder why.
Rotate.
Variety is the spice of life!
