Join me for a cozy meet and greet over coffee, tea, or your favorite sugar-free drink with your fellow community members! Tomorrow's gathering is all about connecting—there's no specific agenda, just a chance to relax and chat.
The purpose of our Night Cap is to align with others on this journey and explore ways we can collaboratively manage our glucose levels or even reverse diabetes. I highly recommend the book in the cover photo, *Reversing Diabetes* by Dr. Julian Whitaker, as it's an insightful read for anyone serious about reversing Type 2 Diabetes.
I’m currently developing a digital product based on my personal journey, and I’d love to kick off our discussions with insights from Dr. Whitaker's work.
