Week 3 of the Owwll 30 Day Hard Challenge is officially complete — and I’m excited to share that I’m down 6 pounds since starting 💪.
This challenge has pushed me in all the right ways:
• Staying consistent with exercise & hydration
• Adding a supplement stack alongside my meds
• Making at least one unique Owwll call per day
