ready to start a route, legal in chicago?

Hey everybodyyy! I saw this vending machine idea on financial wolf’s channel months ago and I’ve been interested in it since. I never seen any vape vending machines in Chicago. Idk if that means it’s not legal here or if it’s an untapped market? Let me know! Regardless of the answer, Illinois is full of people that vape so I’m ready to get started. I’m open to any suggestions or advice to get started! Look forward to hustling with yall!
