🎾 My 3 Favorite Forehand Drills!
Hey guys! Glad you're here. Here are my top 3 forehand drills that work wonders. 1) Basket Drill : For fixing racket preparation & lag to hit spin. When done right it works great! Watch full explanation in my forehand course. 2) The bench drill: For extension and developing easy power. If you're struggling with power and forcing the shot, this drill will tech you to stay still and generate with you hand and extension! Full explanation in my forehand course. 3) Running forehand drill: For developing the correct footwork to the running forehands, and to build leg strength to be able to get into those open stances consistently.
