Completing this course will give you a 3 month head start than a person walking into a Muay Thai gym with no experience. If you are a beginner at a gym and confused on how to perform a technique. Rather than just following some random YouTube video to fix your hips which doesn't solve your problem. The other half of the Muay Thai experience at a gym is holding pads. In this course, you will run through on how to holds pads effectively and in a way to prevent injury for yourself and your training partner. To test your reactions, there are POV recordings that you can simulate.
