- They're not rejecting you, they’re rejecting the pattern — your job is to break it.
Cold Call Structure
- Open casual: “Hey, saw your home on Zillow — are you the owner?”
- Disarm early: “Not calling to pitch…”
- Ask:
Handling Objections
- “We’re not paying commission” → Acknowledge, isolate, then reframe.
- “We’re doing it on our own” → Respect it, but offer a second opinion if it meant netting more.
