And I say that with zero judgment because I’ve been there.
It’s uncomfortable.
It messes with your ego.
It forces you to actually develop skill instead of hiding behind posts, ads, or “busy work.”
That’s exactly why it still works in 2026.
Most agents are choosing comfort → waiting on:
- Social media
- Broker leads
- Ads they can’t afford yet
A small group is choosing control → creating conversations daily.
Cold calling isn’t forever.
It’s survival first, scale later.
