That moment, for me, was when my nervous system learned that the world wasn’t safe — and I spent years trying to outrun a single second.
V.A.L Sanctuary was born out of that fear.
The fear that I was healing too slow, feeling too much, needing too deeply.
This is not a race. This is a reclaiming.
