Into discomfort. Into possibility.

It's in your head.
You created the box. You built the prison. Brick by brick, thought by thought.
Society handed you the blueprint? You chose to stay inside.
Your parents set the limits? You decided to believe them.
The bullies dimmed your light? You betrayed yourself to keep the peace.
Not them. You.
That's the wake-up.
The power was always in your hand.
Not someday. Not when they apologize. Not when the world changes.
Now.
When that became clear — really clear — I stopped waiting for permission to expand.
My possibilities didn't grow because life got easier.
They grew because I stopped shrinking.
