Hello my beautiful soul!!
I've been holding this close because it's not just "an event." It's something I was channeled to do.
May 31. Flower Moon in Scorpio. The Sanctuary at Vitality Bio Med Clinic in Calgary SW. 90 minutes — drum, breath, embodied Afro-Haitian movement, and The Rooting.
You come with weight, you plant a seed with a promise to yourself, you watch the plant grow… literally, and you leave lighter with more tools to awaken yourself.
That's the alchemy I'm working with.
15 people. That's the cap. Intimate. Real. Not a class. Not a workshop. A gathering.
