I've suffered from anxiety and depression these past few years ,sobrang baba ng self-esteem ko. Siguro dahil sa parents, pressure na rin sa family. I was even taking meds before, pero na-stop ko na rin dahil wala nang budget to support it. (’Di ko na lang iko-kwento ’yung iba pa, medyo private and personal.) Most newbies get stuck sa overthinking and **analysis paralysis** (you can Google this one) ,,,yung think ka na lang nang think, and also FOMO.
