I wrote this verse Saturday evening into Sunday morning (April 4-5). It's been circulating in my head since Saturday afternoon. Something told me I should listen to the song Go For Mine By @HarryMack , so I did. The theme of the song (and the hook especially) aligned so perfectly with what I'd written, and the beat was steady enough for me to flow to. I recorded this Sunday Morning (04/05).
