📚 Free Class w/ Ev is happening in 35 hours
Hi Everyone!
This is my first time posting. I wanted to take a moment to share a quick thank you to Everett and this group. Over the past few weeks, I’ve been building out my PropTech startup, VIP Living, and as a non-technical founder doing this solo (for now), there have been a lot of moments where I’ve had to figure things out in real time. Connecting with Everett has helped me step back and think more clearly. Not just about what I’m building for residents, but how the app should also function and benefit third-party companies we plan to integrate with. Right now I'm focused on structure, integrations, and what actually makes an MVP viable vs. just visually appealing. One of the biggest mindset shifts for me has been understanding that I don’t need to replace every system on day one. I need to build the layer that connects them all. That’s where VIP Living is heading! We're here to reduce disruption when vendors and/or ownership changes within multi-family housing. Today, whenever an apartment community switches vendors and/or management, residents often have to uninstall apps, reinstall new ones, save new websites, and links, then learn a new system. The third-party app you used today to pay rent, may not be the same third-party 6 months from now. Starting now with VIP Living, the resident experience stays the same and the tools they need remain in one stationary place, even if backend vendors change. VIP handles the integration layer, so the property can switch from Yardi to AppFolio, or from one parking vendor to another, without forcing residents to relearn everything or jump from app to app or website to website. That realization alone shifted how I see the MVP and the opportunity. It’s not just about consolidating features. It’s about: - retention value - operational value - and enterprise value I’m still early in the journey and currently building the prototype myself, but I’m actively working toward bringing on a strong technical partner/CTO who can help take this to the next level.

🚀 7 Days, $9K+ Sales Win
This week felt like planting a seed and finally seeing it bloom 🌱. In just 7 days, my store pulled in $9K+ in A farmer once planted seeds but struggled to see a harvest until he met a wise gardener who showed him the right soil, the right tools, and the right season. With guidance, the harvest came quickly and abundantly. Ecommerce works the same way—when you walk with someone who knows the path, the results multiply faster. 🌾

🔥 Small win I’m excited about…
I just had my first taste of what’s possible with this online business model. Not a crazy number yet, but seeing results this early gave me a huge boost of confidence. It feels like I’m finally connecting the dots. 🧩 Anyone else remember their first “aha” win?
