How many projects in a Vault, or how complex can these be?

and everyone, are you noticing Claude missing notes and/or not reporting everything as expected as the vault expands through the projects? I noticed it can duplicate notes in different folders and forget to go through them when asked to pickup - this may also relate to the handoff/pickup skill I built though and I’ll audit it.

How many project can Claude handle in a single multi-layered Vault (or how complex those can be) before getting messy in your opinion?
