Dear Coaches and Athletes,
NORCECA Modern Pentathlon Confederation is glad to invite modern pentathlon coaches to attend online pentathlon clinic on July 11th.
The following presentations are going to be delivered by Dr. Genadijus Sokolovas "Dr. G":
1. Swimming Technique for 100 m Freestyle *(60 min )*
2. Dives and Turns in Swimming *(60 min )*
3. Training Design for 100 m Freestyle Swimming Event *(60 min )*
4. Training Design for Middle Distance Running *(60 min )*
5. Pentathlon Training Plan Based on Individual Priorities *(60 min )*
The clinic will start at 10:00 am Mountain Time (12 pm in Miami, 11 am in Texas, 10 am in Colorado, 9 am in Los Angles). There will be translation to Spanish.
