But remember, your journey is unique. Every step you take is progress, and the only person you need to be better than is the version of yourself from yesterday. Running is about more than just fitness; it’s about mental toughness, consistency, and enjoying the process. So whether you're out for a light jog or crushing a long run, focus on YOUR pace, YOUR goals, and celebrate YOUR wins. Tip of the Day: Try focusing on your breathing this week. Inhale for 3 strides, exhale for 2. It’ll help you keep rhythm and push through tough spots. Stay strong, keep striding, and remember: the only limit is the one you set yourself! 💪
