Upwork Identity verification
Hello everyone, I just upgraded my Upwork membership plan to premium, and I also bought connects. After that I tried to get my identity verified. My attempt at getting id verified failed a few times. After trying over and over Again I received email from Upwork stating that my ID is under manual review which might take 48-96 hours. Meanwhile, when I scroll through jobs, the "apply now" Button is disabled and the reason it gives is "you can not apply to the job because your account is suspended"
Also guide me on how I can win a job as my account is newly made and has no reviews on it.
Kindly help me out on how to get this issue resolved.
