Refunded connects
Previously, after sending a proposal and having the client respond and start a conversation, the connects were very often refunded. I know that Upwork does not necessarily refund connects for every conversation, but recently I have noticed that they do not seem to refund connects at all.
Is this just my case, possibly due to a smaller sample, or have you noticed the same change? What has been your experience? Please share.
