HIRING: Creative Strategist

I have a private client who runs a full-service Facebook ads agency. He works with some of the biggest and fastest growing brands in the SaaS space, but also works with Ecom brands and local businesses. This is a research-first role. You'll deep-dive each client's business and core personas, then translate that into static ad briefs and video scripts the team executes on. You're not designing or editing. You're the brain behind every concept that ships.

This IS for you if:

-You have 3+ years writing Meta ad concepts and can show ads you wrote with performance to back them up

-You can deep-dive a brand and its personas before writing a single hook

-You have a sharp instinct for hooks, angles, and platform-native copy

-You think in awareness stages, objections, desires, and buying triggers (not features)

-You write briefs designers and video editors can run with, no back-and-forth

-You stay current on what's winning across DTC ecom and lead gen on Meta

-You're organized, proactive, and own your concept pipeline without being chased

-You're fluent in spoken and written English

-MAJOR points if you can bring your ad concepts to life at high quality with AI
