The 7 Stages of Emotional Healing
1. Awareness: Acknowledging the existence of your emotions and identifying the root causes of your pain instead of suppressing them. 2. Acceptance: Validating your feelings without self-judgment and accepting the reality of what has happened. 3. Exploration & Understanding: Unraveling the threads that connect your past experiences to your current emotional state. 4. Expression: Finding healthy outlets to release your bottled-up emotions, such as counseling, journaling, art, or movement. 5. Release & Letting Go: Actively letting go of resentments, anger, and attachments that no longer serve you. 6. Rebuilding: Establishing healthy boundaries, forging a new routine, and rediscovering who you are outside of your pain. 7. Integration & Growth: Transforming your painful experiences into a source of wisdom, strength, and renewed purpose.
