Today, I’m feeling grateful and determined. I’m headed to the gym and staying committed to the promises I’ve made to myself. I have two classes this week, and on the other days I’ll be putting in the work on the treadmill and bike. Nothing fancy—just consistency. I’ve been eating well, making healthier choices, and taking care of myself. I’m proud of that. Of course, there’s always that little voice in the back of my mind that tries to remind me of every reason I can’t, every reason I should quit, or every reason my goals are too far away. But today, I’m not giving that voice any power. Today, I’m choosing to win the tug-of-war. Not because everything is perfect, but because I refuse to let doubt be louder than my determination. Every healthy meal, every workout, every positive choice is a vote for the person I’m becoming. I may not be where I want to be yet, but I’m not where I used to be either, and that’s worth celebrating. Today, I choose gratitude over doubt, action over excuses, and faith over fear. 💕
