Any number from a dashboard, CRM, calendar, or spreadsheet you can see right now. 2. Constraints you can see. What is blocking the next move today, named in one sentence with at least one specific number. 3. Receipts. Past-tense things that happened. Wins, losses, tests you ran, conversations you had, money in, money out. Past has no counter-intention. 4. Tests this week or next. Specific, with a hypothesis, measurable, small enough to ship in 7 to 14 days. 5. Decisions between named options. Three or four specific named options to pick between. Not abstract directions. 6. Tactics for one specific move. The HOW for any decision already made. 7. Specific people in your world. This lead, this client, this prospect, this hire.

The Dreams Surface

Should I focus on content and run paid ads or should I cold call?
I'm feeling stuck at the moment, I feel like I could take 1 or 2 extra clients but I don't know how to get them, so I think I might have 3 options. 1 - Focus on creating content, get followers and get leads organically and also using the winning videos as paid ads. Which to me seems like the best long term and short term, however it costs moneys. I can maybe afford to invest 1 to 2k on paid ads. 2 - Cold call people. It worked to get my first client, I am decent at it. But it takes a lot of time and... I dislike it a lot. 3 - Do both?

Looking for advice on running Meta ads for a cost segregation software firm. Would love input from anyone who has worked in finance, real estate, or high ticket B2B (About 500$ per study). Quick context on the niche for those who don't know it: Cost segregation is a tax engineering study for real estate investors. It breaks a property into its components and accelerates depreciation deductions, so investors reclaim tax savings they're legally entitled to but typically leave on the table. The IRS allows it. Most property owners just don't know it exists. The service is high ticket and the client is a specialist firm that has been doing this for over 25 years. I am now running Meta ads for them and also producing video content and static images to support those campaigns. I am a bit lost regarding the type of content, landing page and CTA, because it's a very specific niche. Any insight from people who have run ads in finance softwares, tax softwares, or real estate softwares would be super helpful. Open to feedback on the content side too.
