Introduction
I’m a 43 year old husband, father to 8 and 3 year old daughters, physical therapist, former college baseball pitcher and center fielder, and movement enthusiast.
I’m in Kirkland, WA (Seattle suburb and home to Costco)
I’ve long wanted for 20+ years to be proficient in handstands (and bridges/walkovers), but only recently have decided to put in daily work. The combination of my 8 year old passing me in both skills, and an instagram video sent to me of the World Series MVP prioritizing both in his training have been a wake-up call that I plan to answer with commitment, dedication, and perseverance.
I’m excited to be part of the community and grow with others. Let’s go!
My goals are to enjoy the process, consistently put in the work, and (hopefully before I’m 50) do 1 straddle press to one arm straddle handstand. I also want to be able to sprint, jump, throw, and tumble better as I age.
