✨ The Psych Ward Survival Club
I also want to share something really special. I found the Psych Ward Survival Club through a social media creator named Jay, who has worked in psych wards for many years (not sure if he still does). The way he shows up—with compassion, humanity, and deep care for people who have been through these systems—is honestly rare and powerful.
His Jay’s Psych Ward Survival Club videos are incredibly validating, grounding, and supportive. I highly recommend checking them out.
