SHRM VS APHR
Hoping to take an HR designation course just to have. Long term goal would be a Director of Employee Experience for an insurance company or VP of Account Management - Employee Benefits. CEBS, PMP and then something HR related. CPHR is very popular here but it's expensive and most people I've talked to said it hasn't been useful/ only got it years later when it was employer paid. Would love your thoughts on any of these HR certifications. Thanks !
