I just finished reading a book, which states that every Hiring Manager has a Secret Test during interview. They are looking at your personality: if this person is easier to communicate with, friendly and appears enthusiastic about the role.
The way to improve likability is to focus on the following 3 aspects during interview:
1.Voice and Energy
2.Building Rapport
3.Aiming for Mutual Fit
