I've been working on something that started as curiosity and turned into a tool I use daily - a custom AI companion I call my "Mind Twin."

The idea came from a simple frustration: most productivity advice is generic, but the way I process challenges and make decisions is shaped by my military background, football experience, and business partnerships spanning 25+ years. I needed something that understood MY specific context.

What it actually does:

Instead of generic motivation, it helps me think through decisions using my own values and strengths. When I'm stuck on something like "How do I transition to this new business without letting down my partners," it doesn't just give me a framework - it helps me work through it in a way that honors my relationships and commitments.

It's built around keystone habits that actually stick, reflection practices that keep me grounded, and gentle reframes when I'm overthinking or being too hard on myself.

Why I'm sharing this:

As business builders, we're constantly trying to help people grow and improve. This has taught me something important about guidance - the most effective support isn't one-size-fits-all advice. It's helping someone think through their specific situation using their own strengths and values.

The conversations I have with this tool often end up becoming frameworks I share here with all of you. It's like having a thinking partner that knows my blind spots and helps me process before I act.
