Rawfood, cooked, smooked, its all allchemy it has diffrent purposes and i guess diffrent tropical enviorments and diffrent starsignus waves of sun will make diffrents what prefere but its not like a perfekt one except vegan, with some mushrooms and algies, variations of protein and sallad first, then protetin fat and last the carbs makes good i think.
