Coaching isn’t hard when the student listen.
Yesterday I tried my hand at coaching baseball. I had three kids who never played before. It was amazing how they responded to individual attention and explanation about what they are doing wrong and how to correct it. They went from not being able to hit a ball at all to hitting half of the pitches.
