Hiring New Team Members
Hey guys, where are you guys recruiting or finding new guys to join your crews currently. Ive made solid progress hiring friends of friends, etc. But at a point where I need to lock in a solid hiring process in order to scale fast. Not sure if indeed with boosting posts is the way to go or if there are better ways. I would appreciate any help! Thanks!
