Which days should one cold call to clients in US in December?

Hi there, got to talk to many clients and I see that many people are simply out of office or just chilling. Know many business owners personally that just don't take anymore work this month. Do you think it is a goo time to call as they might be more relaxed?

Also there are many holidays, so I am thinking to call until 20th of December. I think after that on Monday it is already one day before Christmas Eve, so not sure if it even makes sense to call. For the rest of the month not sure either weather it is worth calling or no, as after Christmas there are just a business days until New Year.
