๐ In less than 30 days, commercial calls will be banned in Spain. ๐
The Spanish SDRs, need your help ๐. Commercial calls from mobile numbers to other mobile numbers without prior consent will be prohibited. Furthermore, calls from landlines to mobile numbers without prior consent will also not be permitted.
Calls from landlines to business landlines will only be permitted without prior consent.
I understand that something similar exists in Germany and even the United Kingdom.
How did they resolve this?
We'll have to find ways to get their consent to call their cell phone, or we'll have to use a new script?
It's clear that if calls are only allowed to the office, the volume required for conversations will increase considerably.
Only the most skilled will survive.
