Underdog MIF Academy is a personalized online baseball coaching and mentorship program built for undersized, overlooked, and late-blooming middle infielders who dream of playing college baseball.
Founded by former college shortstop Justin Fields, UMA was created to give young athletes the guidance, structure, and support he wished he had growing up.
Through personalized hitting development, strength and athletic performance training, mental performance coaching, recruiting guidance, and direct 1-on-1 mentorship, we help athletes develop the physical tools, confidence, and habits needed to compete at the next level.
Our mission goes beyond developing better baseball players. We want to help athletes maximize their potential, believe in themselves, and earn opportunities they once thought were out of reach.
You don't have to be the biggest player on the field. You just have to become a player they can't ignore.
