Homework 2/19/2025 wow that was a lot. I think I’m just gonna retrace your footsteps so to speak just listening to the layout it’s a million dollar blueprint seems wise to work smart not hard, I have to work my way to fix and flip goals so investing in 1st buying & selling 2nd rental properties that will be profitable is my strategy and the way I’m gonna market to build portfolio First thing first google voice numbers selecting my areas for purchases and make signs card and flyers physical and digital while preparing and researching the logistics of buying right and selling to invest all while trusting God and the process Thank you W.G.
