Homework-2/18/25 What I took away was to start within my means. If I don’t have the means or money there are other ways and avenues I can take to get the deals done. My strategy is to start driving for dollars and looking for motivated sellers. I remember you telling me when I was trying to refer some people to you and you told me it wasn’t a good buy because they weren’t the right sellers and now I understand that more than I did before
