The 8 Fold Path (Ashtanga Yoga)
This course goes through the 8 limbs of Patanjali's ashtanga yoga, as outlined in his yoga sutras published between 200 BCE and 400 CE. It is a course for people who enjoy a structured approach to bring stillness in their life, or as he calls, Samadhi. This is meant to be a process that can be followed to be able to bring about stillness to your system, on command.
