I'm a life-long athlete and Strength & Conditioning Coach with 15+ years experience and 20,000+ in-person training sessions. I've worked with collegiate, professional, & masters athletes in person + online.
I've found most masters athletes share a common experience: they love their sport, they're still competitive, but their body is breaking down. Tight hips, achy knees, creaky shoulders and neck.
Regular training is key to feeling better and reversing the breakdown, but many athletes focus on the wrong things.
