Yesterday, I visited the beautiful Batu Caves in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and climbed the 272 step rainbow staircase.
I was so disappointed to see the amount of people struggling to climb the stairs having to stop every few steps to catch their breath. I even heard one man, who was in his 30s, say "Its too high, I won't be able to get up". This is NOT NORMAL. Not being able to climb some stairs when you are in your prime years of life is simply disrespectful to your own body.
Most of your goals are probably aesthetic ones, to look good and feel good. But for me this is by far the most important one, to have a body that is capable of doing simple tasks. You want to enjoy the moments with your family and friends, then don't be the one who can't because they didn't take care of their body.
Don't wait, MAKE A CHANGE TODAY.
