REGRET
You either make a change or one day you will sit down and feel the full force of regret. Life is certainly not fair in some aspects however, one thing I do believe is life will give you what you put into it. Spending hours and hours keeping yourself healthy, putting in the hard work - YOU WILL BE REWARDED. Lots of people make excuses why they can't do this or can't do that. But the truth is they can. Making an excuse about not being able to lose weight will only lead to one thing... Regret. Because deep down they know that they can change, they can stop the snacking, they can start walking more, they can lift heavier weights... they just didn't want to go through the hard work. And as a result they will pay for that with a harder life in the future.

Yesterday, I visited the beautiful Batu Caves in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and climbed the 272 step rainbow staircase. I was so disappointed to see the amount of people struggling to climb the stairs having to stop every few steps to catch their breath. I even heard one man, who was in his 30s, say "Its too high, I won't be able to get up". This is NOT NORMAL. Not being able to climb some stairs when you are in your prime years of life is simply disrespectful to your own body. Most of your goals are probably aesthetic ones, to look good and feel good. But for me this is by far the most important one, to have a body that is capable of doing simple tasks. You want to enjoy the moments with your family and friends, then don't be the one who can't because they didn't take care of their body. Don't wait, MAKE A CHANGE TODAY.
