Introduction
Hi everyone,
I will briefly introduce myself. My name is Pim Schnater and I live in Diemen, the Netherlands.
Since 2021, I have been active in the UK and actually only with Serviced Accommodation (R2SA). My area of focus was Wales, but I am expanding.
I want to focus more on flips and building a portfolio of owner-occupied homes. Not because SA doesn't work, but because I have a lot of experience with it. I now also help others find their way in the SA world.
