PITCHING QUANTITY (HELP)

How many instagram DMs can I send to brands before risking getting flagged as spam? I want to send a lot (like 50) pitches today but I literally made my instagram account yesterday so the account is new. In UGC Games Day 2, they said to start off pitching 10 brands per day in the first week (to avoid being spam flagged), so how can I increase my number of pitches?

They also said to do 25 pitches per day max after week 1... but then said you should be pitching 100+ brands everyday. Help 😭🫠
