Emailing Brands Question

On the email to the brands I send, I have this part where I mentioned that I have filmed a sample video for them. That's not true, however, I do plan on making a sample video for them if they are responsive. Should I send them a sample video if they say they are forwarding my message to the relevant team. I don't want to waste my time and make a video if I don't think I am going to get good feedback.
