What publishing software do you use?

There are lots of different people in this group, some are more writers than designers, others are more illustrators than typographers. Many interests, joined in a common appreciation for letterforms.

For those who use the computer to prepare texts for publishing – either for print or digital – what software do you use THE MOST? I'm sure we all use various tools from time to time, but the poll only allows one choice – your primary tool in your work.
