YT Growth Freeze
I hope that everyone is doing well!
Transparently, I get stuck on metrics sometimes and looking at them causes me to procrastinate until I get a number of subs/views/etc. I have an offer and content made to give, but I have used numbers as an excuse to not move.
How have you all managed your time around the YT metrics and still keep focused on sales and offers?
