Advanced Turkish focuses on refinement and precision. You’ll study the seven ways Turkish expresses the past, master causative and passive forms, and learn to choose between subtly different grammatical options. This level covers verb moods, complex participles, formal vs. informal registers, and lingering Ottoman elements in academic texts. By the end, you’ll read literature confidently and use grammar with near-native instinct. Expect 8–12 months; this level is lived, not rushed.
