I am starting a new chapter of my street lifting training.
I discovered this style of training in early August 2024.
I have seen significant improvements in my fitness and strength as a result of training in this style.
I was surprised by the progress and captured these results in one of my best body shapes.
Surprisingly, the muscle gains have stayed with me to this day, despite the lack of training from October to January. As soon as I resume them and train for at least a week, my best shape is almost restored.
Now I intend to continue this journey and get even greater results, and I will start with another measurement of the maximum indicators.
