Foreign Qualification

Hello everyone! Just here to share some information I just got. If you aren’t conducting your business in Florida, most states require you to submit a foreign qualification or registration in the state you live in. Virginia is one of those states. You can get this done through your agent on the portal under “Hire Us”. Select your company, then select “Expand a Business”, then “Register a Company in Another State”, then choose the state you are in. You will have to pay but the agent will do all the work for you.
