Foreign Entity
Hey everyone,
I formed my LLC through Florida and it is now saying that since I live in Virginia I need to do a foreign entity in order to conduct business in a different state than I registered my LLC in. Did anyone else have to go through this and did you hire someone to do it for you or did you do it on your own. I’ll take any advice and help I can get. Thanks in advance!
