This group is primarily focusing on Aussie law in regards to Trusts, Foundations, Business, laws and contracts and Correcting Status. Laws are based on principles, so will be often very similar in different states and different countries, however the way we deal with these things will be very similar if not the same. The same skills are required to enter contracts protectively and to correct status, the difference will be in the correct wording or selection of a statute from a country or state that will be different for all.
